today, chin nam became my patient :) and i loved it because helping someone you know is so much different from treating strangers :) and he was my most interesting patient i have so far (nevermind the total count that is THREE!) haha. 2 lower impacted 3rd molars and both upper 3rd molars are in the sinus, making it a contraindication for extraction, and he has an odontoma which is a non-neoplastic malformation. haha. and also a couple of surface caries. but all in all, i m really really glad because he got to understand his condition better, and i felt really good about it. he said i was an angel sent by god to help to know these things :) it was something really nice to hear!

where's the odontoma.. is it between 21 and 22?is it considered a complex odontoma?? how u know its odontoma?
